Celli, a company specialising in the design and manufacture of beverage dispensing equipment and accessories, has finalised the acquisition of the Spanish company Reductores y Variadores del Sur S.A “Reyvarsur” through its newly acquired subsidiary Celli España.

The Rimini-based group, which posted revenues of €130 million in 2021, employs 700 people and has six production plants located in Italy and the UK, considers the operation strategically important for expanding its production range and accelerating its presence in Spain.

Creating value within the Spanish market is one of our top priorities,” says Mauro Gallavotti, CEO of the Celli Group. “The acquisition of Reyvarsur will enable us to strengthen our new subsidiary Celli España with the addition of one of the most highly reputed companies in the beer dispensing accessories segment.”

External growth has been a cornerstone of Celli’s development plans for years. Since 2015, it has acquired the British companies ADS2, Angram Ltd, FJE Plastic Development Ltd, MF Refrigeration and T&J Installation and the Italian companies Cosmetal, Tecnofrigo and Ergosystem.

Established more than 45 years ago, Reyvarsur employs around 30 people at its 4,000 sqm factory in Seville and supplies more than 300 customers in Spain and abroad. Paola Corbalan, CEO of Reyvarsur, will continue to lead the company’s operations with a view to developing the joint business.
