Gualapack acquires majority stake in Easysnap Technology

Gualapack has acquired the Modena-based Easysnap Technology, a company known worldwide for its patented, innovative Easysnap^® technology for easy opening of single-dose sachets suitable for liquid or semi-liquid products.

Andrea Taglini will stay on as CEO to ensure continuity of the shared interests and goals of the two companies, which have long been linked by a customer-supplier relationship.
