Italian data science arrives in Israel
Ammagamma, a data science company based in Modena, Italy, has opened its first foreign branch in the city of Haifa, Israel, an industrial centre of excellence. The project was finalised in partnership with Interprocess, an Israeli company that has been working since 1974 to promote cooperation and the nationwide diffusion of products and technologies from Europe, Canada and the United States.
The shared goal is to develop increasingly competitive applied mathematical models and artificial intelligence capable of supporting customers in a process of technological and cultural innovation.
The partnership began in 2019 and laid the foundations for a presence in one of the world’s most important AI hubs. The number of industries involved in artificial intelligence projects in Israel, from the supply chain to food, multi-utility companies and the plastics sector, demonstrates the vitality of this discerning and mature market.
Ammagamma is already working with a number of local companies to optimise industrial processes through applied mathematical models and expects the new branch to open up further business opportunities in the region.
