Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group strengthens its presence in Brazil

Through its Brazilian subsidiary, Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group has acquired the Sao Paulo-based coffee producer Café Pacaembu Ltda, well known for the Café Pacaembu brand and owner of a production site equipped with cutting-edge technology for the production of ground coffee and capsules.

The agreement will enable the Treviso-based group to strengthen its presence in Brazil and exploit the strong growth opportunities offered by the country’s expanding coffee market. 

With the acquisition, the Group’s 2019 revenues in Brazil are expected to reach around 130 million Reais. The current management team and one of the company’s founders will continue to lead the company with the aim of ensuring operating continuity.
