When portioned products soar

Rewarding operating results for Dalter Food in the first eight months of 2011. The Emilian company, leader in packaging grated cheese and portioned fresh product for ho.re.ca and the food industry, registered a significant increase in volumes (+7%) and turnover (+24%) compared to the same period in 2010. Hence the brilliant trend of the latter years is confirmed, along with the validity of a business philosophy based on the quality of raw materials and the constant commitment to R&D.
In 2011 too exports lead the way, with a +30% in turnover and a +12.6% in in volume, but the domestic market also showed positive signs with turnover up 13.6% and volumes up 4.7%. Among the products on which Dalter is wagering in the near future we note the line of single dose sachets, ideal for the fast-growing segment of packaged ready meals.
