Sustainable and tamper evident films

Sealphane^® and Ecophane^® are the two film lines that Terphane has improved over time improving their technical performance.

Terphane a leader in BOPET films (polyester) in Latin America and an important global player with operations in USA and Brazil, continues to bet on the Sealphane^® and the Ecophane^® product lines, suitable for dairy, deli, bakery, and food service industries.

The Sealphane^® heat sealable line’s newest innovation is Resealphane, a high-performance resealable film, which is easy to process and integrate into existing packaging lines without new investments. This new film can be opened and reclosed multiple times, is tamper evident, and it is sustainable, using less plastic compared to other solutions.

The sustainable Ecophane^® line offers post-consumer recycling (PCR) and biodegradable (BIO) content. The PCR film can have up to 35% recyclable content and the BIO film degrades in landfill conditions. Both films are approved for food contact by FDA (USA).
