Pettenon Cosmetics announces merger with G&P Cosmetics

Thanks to the integration of the resources and expertise of G&P Cosmetics, the Group will be able to accelerate the development of increasingly innovative products and meet the expectations of a constantly evolving global market.

Pettenon Cosmetics, an international leader in professional hair and skin care, takes a significant step forward in its growth strategy with the merger by incorporation of its subsidiary G&P Cosmetics, effective January 1, 2025. This operation strengthens the Group's competitiveness, optimizes operational efficiency, and consolidates its role as an ambassador of Made in Italy worldwide, thanks to three specialized production centers.

The integration of G&P Cosmetics, our House of Color, represents a strategic milestone for Pettenon Cosmetics. Thanks to the merger, Pettenon incorporates all the assets of G&P Cosmetics, including personnel, brands, and real estate, ensuring a more centralized and effective management. The union procedure, successfully completed with the consent of all parties, allows the 119 employees of G&P Cosmetics to transition to Pettenon without interruptions, maintaining acquired rights and company benefits.

This operation marks a decisive milestone in the growth of Pettenon Cosmetics. With three highly specialized production centers located in San Martino di Lupari (PD), Cartigliano (VI), and Sansepolcro (AR), the group confirms itself as a center of excellence in Italian professional cosmetics and a reliable partner for customers and collaborators worldwide.
