ILTRAS and IN UNO join the Dierre Group

Double acquisition for Dierre SpA of Spezzano (Modena), specialist in the design and production of aluminium structural profiles, protections for automatic machines, transport systems and linear modules.

The company has announced the signing of an agreement for the purchase of 80% of the share capital of ILTRAS (VI), which has its core business in the processing of plastic materials (thermal bending, incisions and laser cuts) as well as producing safety guards for machine tools and food and textiles machines, as well as LED light panels used in industrial and residential design.
The second acquisition is IN UNO (PD), a young company with a solid know-how in the design and production of cabins, protections and soundproofing of large systems.
The current employment levels of both companies will remain unchanged, as will the production and commercial offices.

Thus Dierre Group - whose consolidated turnover increased from €14.5 million in 2015 to €37 million in 2017, with positive prospects for the year 2018 of €42 million and an increase in the workforce to 280 units after the recent acquisitions - consistently reaffirms its policy of growth by external means, with the inclusion of locally integrated and structured excellences, with the aim of preserving and capitalizing the newly acquired know-how and skills.
