New generation of vehicle mount computers
Datalogic extends its range of industrial computers with the SH15 Blackline and SH21 Blackline series: the perfect solution for applications that require maximum strength.
Global provider of industrial automation and automatic data acquisition solutions, since 2017 Datalogic has entered the vehicle mount computer (VMC) market thanks to the acquisition of Soredi Touch Systems GmbH, Munich.
After the recent introduction on the market of 10 “and 12” Rhino II VMCs, which set new standards of robustness for warehouse work, the company from Emilia presents the SH15 Blackline™ and SH21 Blackline™ series.
This is a new generation of industrial computers designed to ensure the highest degree of robustness and reliability even in particularly difficult conditions, such as dusty environments or temperatures below 0 ° C, where operators need to receive real-time information through adequate devices, thus avoiding sizeable, costly damage via equipment failure.
Guarantee of production efficienc
The SH15 Blackline and SH21 Blackline computers maintain all the qualities already appreciated in Rhino II: sealed design tested on IP65 / IP67, high-definition color capacitive touch screen with 3 mm anti-glare armored glass (can also be used with gloves) and excellent Wi-Fi roaming capability.
The added value of these computers, with their slim and lightweight chassis, lies in the energy-efficient Intel® Quad-Core processor or high-performance Intel® Core i5 processors.
The Blackline SH15 computer has integrated 12-48VDC or 110/230 VAC power supplies, while the Blackline SH21, designed primarily for wall or fixed mounting, enables 110/230 VAC high efficiency power.
The devices can count on a choice of the latest Microsoft operating systems, wired Ethernet (GbE), multiple serial and USB ports for scanners or cameras.
