A synergic international showcase that hosts all the production segments of the meat sector: MEAT-TECH 2018 is preparing for its second edition, with new thematic sectors and services for the visitors who favour networking among operators.
The new MEAT-TECH 2018 exhibition project offers an evermore complete overview of the state-to-the-art solutions dedicated to the meat business.
Seven months from the opening, the kermis has already collected many adhesions among the main companies that operate in the supply chain segments: from providing machines and technologies for processing, to the production of ingredients, materials and equipment for packaging up to distribution.
The international resonance of the show organized by Ipack-Ima Srl (joint venture between Fiera Milano and Ucima) draws strength from the strategic adhesion to the “Innovation Alliance” project, that includes five fairs - alongside MEAT-TECH, IPACK-IMA, PLAST, PRINT4ALL and INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA - in a single great exhibition event animated by an integrated fair logic.
Hence the widespread promotional campaign field to amplify the visibility of the event on a global scale, and favour networking between exhibitors and visitors. Among the more innovatory tools in this direction we cite “My Matching”, an effective online platform that enables the organization of targeted one2one encounters, incentivating direct contact between supply and demand, for an even more profitable participation at the fair.
Two new special areas
MEAT-TECH is evermore making a name for itself as a reference point for the company specialised in the supply of fresh product packaging and preservation solutions, one of the most dynamic segments in the food industry.
Hence it comes as no surprised, that the the new MEAT - Cold Chain Solution special area will be dedicated to the technologies of the same, important at all latitudes for preserving products before, during and after processing.
The other theme section to make its debut in 2018 will be MEAT&More, in turn focussed on equipment and materials for the production, cutting and packaging of meat based products; also evermore used by the industry - as well as by retail distribution, stores, food services - the solution in this area are taking on a growing importance: in fact they ensure excellent quality in preparing the products, increasing the shelf-life, while respecting hygienic and sanitary norms.
A transversal support
A reminder that the organisation of MEAT-TECH can count on a steering committee that shares its strategic lines. This is made up of leading companies in meat industry technologies (processing and packaging, ingredients, equipment , materials) and producers of cold cut and fresh meat. The fair is also supported by the most important sector associations, comprising ASSICA (National Meat and Cold Cut Industrial Association) and ANIMA-ASSOFOODTEC (Italian Association of Food Processing and Preservation, Machine, Plant, and Equipment Builders) with their relative associations.
