A world that is… Fantastique

“Presentation” is the ambitious communications project developed by Leonhard Kurz - for which Luxoro is exclusive distributor for the Italian market - to give expression to creativity via a series of original works, presented to the public continuously.

Each edition of “Presentation” is inspired by a particular theme, narrated through exclusive packaging especially created to explore the infinite possibilities of enhancing products through hot and cold printing. In 2014 the undertaking goes under the name of “Fantastique”, a particularly broad concept well suited to expressing the ideas and images capable of gripping, captivating and amazing, going beyond reality towards a dreamlike experience. The voyage proposed by the ”Presentation” limited edition guides the senses through visual and emotional landscapes of great beauty: Fantastique is all that is magic, enchanting, adventurous, stimulating and even surreal.

The six packs of the series represent man’s spiritual universe: the psyké-spirit of classical Greece that lies within each of us but of which only artists know how to capture the “fleeting moment”. Theirs the privilege of laying it down in signs and colors, of creating concluded worlds, defined by the size of the bidimensional substrates.
In this project Sascha Banck (the author of the work that appears when composing the boxes) has identified with the theme Fanstique where, as if in a play of mirrors, the paintings pose both question and answer. The final result is a sort of composite structure that enables pictorial access through each single packaging theme.

The six images and the relative 3D structure radiate and arouse evocative connections with the past and future, with play and fear, with projections and planning launched into the heart of space and the future; but also with descents into phantasmagorical physical and psychic abysses.
Designed as independent objects, the packs stand out not only for their themes (Visions, Mystic, Voyage through Space, Circus, Field of Dreams, Deep Sea) but also for their unique and original design. They though can also exist side-by-side in a box created especially by Kurz, where they fit together perfectly to form a puzzle that in its entirety offers a further work of art.

The capacity of vision to communicate, dilate and propagate, as the creative designers know well, depends for the most on the technical means used as well as on the capacity to stick to an idea, interpreting it at its best. Luxoro’s mission is to help designers express their own personal creativity by providing the very tools that make this possible.
