Fuit and Vegetables: world meeting

More than 70,000 professionals from more than 130 countries took part in Fruit Logistica 2016 (Berlin, 3-5 February 2016), which has thus confirmed its standing as the largest global trade fair of the fruit and vegetable sector.

The event, organized by Messe Berlin, featured for the high intensity of the business and networking, with 2,891 exhibitors from 84 countries that provided a complete overview of the market. The post fair results can be gauged as very good, considering that 91% of exhibitors are expecting a positive impact on trade. Featuring top at the fair were the 27 world premieres, an important indicator as to  the level of innovation in the industry. For the Innovation Award 2016 see news in the Marketing section.
Also a success the new series of events titled “Logistics Hub”, during which tens of topical issues were discussed covering the transport and logistics chain.
The next edition, with Berlin as ever the set venue, will run from 8 to 10 February 2017.
