Cosmopack, from Bologna to New York
On 11 and 12 May next, at the Spring Studios in Manhattan, Cosmopack will be organizing a B2B networking workshop featuring international companies and the excellence of beauty “made in Italy” in all its different forms, from packaging to make-up.
In a series of dedicated sessions the Cosmopack International Business Forum & Exhibition in New York, now in its third edition, will tackle the issues of interaction between companies and buyers (selected among the most important purchasing managers of major cosmetics houses and retail groups), with the analysis of successful tools and the particular ways of entering the US market.
The participants will attend meetings and round tables (some of which organized in cooperation with ICMAD - Independent Cosmetics Manufacturers and Distributors) that will enable the sharing of knowhow and opinions.
There is a keen interest in the sector: in the first half of 2015 - the organizers reiterate - the US ranked as the third largest importer of Italian cosmetics products, to a value of over 140 million euros and growth at 21%.
In addition to relying on support from ICE-Agency and Ministry of Economic Development, for the occasion BolognaFiere Cosmoprof has renewed its partnership with Cosmetica Italia and the Polo Tecnologico della Cosmesi.
