SpringPACK™ is a packaging created from the adoption of leading production technologies, introduced for the first time in the Italian market by the Deles Group: thanks to the combination of a film with extraordinary elastic properties applied to cardboard blanked inserts, and indeed capable of blocking and suspending the product inside its shipping packaging, guaranteeing an optimum protection during transportation.

Suspension. It allow you to pack products also with big dimensions, between two windows of elastic film with external cardboard frame. These windows shall then be placed in a box, guaranteeing the maximum flexibility and impact absorption for the whole transportation cycle.
Clamshell. It allows you to pack extremely fragile products within two windows linked in a unique cardboard insert, that closes on its own thanks to the cardboard external frame. This design, placed in en external protective box, guarantees that the product will not touch - in any case - the external sides of the cardboard box, for the maximum protection during the whole transportation cycle.
Retention. The solutions allow, trough a unique cardboard insert, to keep the product firmly packed within the box. In this design, the external box is supplied separately, to have the maximum flexibility during warehouse management.
Retention One Piece. These packaging guarantees, through a unique cardboard insert, to retain the product firmly packed within the box, that creates the same time the operator closes the die-cut cardboard of SpringPACK™. Also, this design has an easy-to-use closure, that keeps the box closed without using adhesive tape.
Wine. These solutions are designed to let you have a unique packaging to ship single glass bottle, both on classic size of 0,75 lt or Magnum size of 1,5 lt. Wine SpringPACK combines an elegant design with an innovative concept: this packaging can be produced with brown or white cardboard, completely customized - inside and outside - up to 5 colors printing.
