Green Materials. Hot and cold water soluble films

Green Material offers hot and cold water soluble films. The Milan based company has accrued many years’ experience in this sector and, by implementing two different production methods (bubble extrusion and cast technology), it is able to make a complete range of innovative films and special products that satisfy the diverse needs of the market.

The Green Material offer includes cold water soluble films for making “Eco Dose”, single dose packs for domestic use and in the detergency sector in general, but also used to produce single dose packs for cosmetic use.
All Green Material films have been developed for use at high speeds on vertical and horizontal flowpackers and heatforming lines, being suitable for producing caps and ecodose and single dose packs for liquid and powder detergents. They can also be easily heatsealed using the most common converting equipment. The blown films can be made in formats of 25-1000 mm and with a thickness range of 20 to 80 microns.
The cast films are available in thicknesses between 25 and 76 microns and with a thickness range of 60-1,350 microns.
