Making the box to the measure of the product contained eliminates wastage of raw material, leading to an up to 50% saving on cardboard.

The increased sturdiness of the box created by this System patent (30% according to TÜV compression tests) enables the use of thinner corrugate with further savings in basis weight.

With the container-content optimization, 55% of warehouse space is freed up to store more boxes.
