Emballage 2012 continues to grow

At the end of may more than 1000 exhibitors, 49% of which non French, had booked space at the international exhibition which will take place in Paris from 19th to 22nd November 2012.

emballage_web.pngThe program of cultural initiatives and professional updates fielded by Comexposium (in Italy Saloni Internazionali Francesi, Milan) for Emballage  was seen to be taking shape.

Among the "classics" of the Parisian show one should recall Pack Innovation, where the new product and technological features are placed on show, and Pack Vision, the cycle of conferences on the future of packaging that, during the previous edition, featured 37 encounters attended by an audience of 2400. Among the themes of the year, one has the role of packaging and production in user and consumer safety; the functional aspects of the packaging, with special attention to ergonomics; communication via and on packaging.

The more technical aspects (automation, robotics, complete lines, eco-design, vision...) will be addressed in the second forum Symop.

Also worth citing the two shows “I love Pack” or that is packaging that changes our lifestyles, featured by the agency Dragon Rouge and coordinated by the French Design Institute; and "Packagings & Alternatives Remarquables" that after its debut in 2010, continues with the study carried out by the Strate Collège in cooperation with 5 German, Canadian, Spanish, Finnish and Italian design institutes (Italy being represented by the Milan Polytechnic Design School).
