Double pitch monobloc with laminar flow

The new version of the double pitch Monobloc model GDL-250 of Omas Tecnosistemi is based on both technical and aesthetic innovations.

It has been specifically designed for applications in the pharmaceutical field, being equipped with laminar flow, and to work in sterile areas. It has an essential line, all the mechanical parts are separated from the working areas, thus allowing a quick and easy cleaning. The main features include: feeding bottles by means of screw, in-line filling station equipped with rotary filling pumps without any welding, automatic cap insertion and capping by magnetic clutch to guarantee a precise torque adjustment by servomotor. Touch Screen control panel, easy-friendly, able to handle all the operating parameters, storing the working operations and can be interfaced for remote control of PLC by internet line or wi-fi.
