Foundation cream and more

PMR presents the model PMR-16/A rotary packaging machine for foundation cream and more generally for processing cosmetics products in rigid containers.

The machine, that operates at speeds of between 1500 and 1800 pcs/h, has a dosing machine managed by two brushless motors, that ensures the control in sync of the raising of the dispenser nozzle in relation to the speed of the metering device. The cap closing station has a four fingered head, capable of handling any type of cap, this too commanded by brushless motor with electronic control of closure torque.
Lastly, the PMR-16/a  comes with a pick&place pick-up grippers with double registerable torque for handling the overcaps.
