"Hello Robotics", the new PRL Tecnosoft division is launched

In response to the requests expressed by customers active in many sectors, packaging and food in primis, to increase the efficiency and safety of industrial production through the integration of robotic solutions, PRL Tecnosoft inaugurates a dedicated division.

More and more requested on the production lines with high technological content and automation, the use of robotics allows to increase the productivity in the most repetitive and usurious activities, reducing risks and fatigue for workers, and ensuring at the same time maximum reliability and infinite possibilities of customization.

In response to the needs expressed in this regard in various industrial sectors - from packaging to food, from pharma to the plastic industry, up to non-food consumer goods - PRL Tecnosoft has therefore created and inaugurated in June 2021 the “Hello Robotics” division.

The related investment has been carried out with particular emphasis on the inclusion of new dedicated and specialized resources, with a view to enriching the company’s skills in a strategic area of high technological content.

Integrated robotics, for all-round applications

The types of robots integrated on PRL systems meet the most varied application needs. The offer includes:

• cobots (collaborative robots), used to support the operations of casing, palletizing, pick&place and machine servicing;
• anthropomorphic robots, in addition to the operations already mentioned, are preferred for assembly activities, allowing a clear improvement in productivity;
• delta robots, mainly used for diverting, sorting and assembling products.

The creation of the “Hello Robotics” division is therefore rightfully among the most significant projects launched by PRL with the aim of enhancing the offer of special solutions for customers in the food world, proposing itself as a single supplier of complete and customized solutions.
