Wide Range has recently developed DWR ROUND, a semi-automatic labeler for cylindrical products that guarantees high performance with to the following characteristics:
- motorized product rotation rollers and label feed via step motors with synchronous speed;
- management electronics that interface with the operator via keyboard and LCD display with two lines of 20 characters, with the possiblity of memorizing up to 40 different work programs containing all information on the label and application type;
- possibility of appling a wraparound label or label and back label, including with different formats and positioned on the same reel,
- possibility of applying one or two register labels by scanning a reference code on the product;
- high level of operational autonomy (it can use reels with a maximum diameter of 300 mm and maximum width of 200 mm);    
- high flexibility of use (it can process products with a minimum diameter of 8 mm up to a maximum of 150 mm, with extremely quick format changeover).
Various optional accessories are also available to make the product even more complete and higher performing, like an ultrasound photocell for the use of transparent labels and heat transfer or inkjet variable data overprinting modules with HP technology.
