Hall 5 - B05 | RCL1 for small capsule productions

ICA presents the latest product in the RCL Series: RCL1, a single line capsule machine designed to work with all the models present on the market and suitable for small productions.

It’s an entry-level solution for the single-portion market with semi-automatic format change, making it possible to pass from one capsule model to another in only 20/25 minutes with one operator. Displayed in the trade fair in the version with orientation and box insertion system, it also has semi-automatic functioning.

All the machines in the RCL line, from the basic model to the high-speed version (6 tracks, 720 capsules/min), are designed to be modular, with integrated secondary packaging solutions: box, square-base pack with 4 welded edges or pillow pack sachet.
