The latest models
Pharma 4 (pictured) - Specifically designed for labeling boxes in the pharmaceutical sector, this solution combines various functions in a single automatic solution: weighing (preset), top labeling with stickers or vignettes and labeling control, printing of Datamatrix code and human readable data and OCV / OCR verification, application of anti-counterfeiting seals on boxes and labeling control. The system is equipped with control devices that perform separate ejection according to whether the discarded elements originate from incorrect weighing or coding or labeling errors.
Pharma4 has a single touch screen interface to control all machine functions, the cameras and the printing units by recipe operation.
The system, designed in accordance with GAMP guidelines, is entirely accessible from the operator side, to facilitate common operations such as reel change, calibration and maintenance.
Pharma Trace - Systems for direct coding on formed pharmaceutical boxes, with serial Datamatrix printing. These solutions are available in Top or Smart versions, offering a handling system configured for mounting on all print and vision systems on the market, and can be integrated using a touch screen operator interface.
With the Top model, it is possible to install a labeler for applying labels and stickers.
Pharma Seal - Applies anti-counterfeiting labels on the flaps of formed pharmaceutical boxes. When functioning automatically, the system distributes, folds and checks the labels, with ejection of unsuitable products.
