My-O: the portal dedicated to customers.
The brand-new My-O portal has been launched in recent months with the aim of offering the best possible experience to customers. It’s an online private area accessible to Omag customers, which allows them to consult documents of machines and lines, from certificates to manuals, from electrical and pneumatic diagrams to the spare parts list, organized by contents and by machine models. The platform also makes it possible to have a 3D view of the machine, facilitating the provision of spare parts, in a secure way and with 24-hour support of the OMAG Service.
