At Cosmopack 2020, in addition to a monobloc for mascara and lipgloss, a tube filling machine and a turbo-emulsifier, it will present the GCR-500 PUCK MONOBLOC, an automatic monobloc with alternating pitch, extremely dynamic and flexible, which is the ideal solution for multiple format changes.

Suitable for unstable bottles and containers or with characteristics that require transfer to godets, the monoblock is built in compliance with high quality standards, with a structure that is easy to clean and maintain.

The extreme flexibility comes from the fact that it responds to every need for dosing of products, which can be liquid, creamy (even hot) or powder.

All parts in contact with the product are made of 316L stainless steel or FDA approved materials.

It is also possible to prepare the loading of bottles from robots, depuckers for bottle unloading and godets recovery, laminar flow installation and other options on request.
