Plug and print inkjet marker

The new Markem-Image inkjet marker 9028, successor of the acclaimed 9020, has a totally revamped ink circuit, capable of guaranteeing 2 years of uninterrupted production and a 15% reduction in additive consumption.

Denominated M6’, it is clean, practical and easy to recycle, and can be directly replaced by the operator in less than 6 minutes with a simple “click” and a single tool, provided for that purpose. The replacement planning is facilitated by the presence of an alarm.

The 9028 marker is for industrial users seeking simplicity and autonomy without reneging on quality. It can print on most materials (board, plastic, metal…) up to 4 lines of wording at speed of 4.4 m/s. Plug and print in concept, it has a latest generation printhead cleaning system that enables instant daily activation, the immediate start-up of the system even after weeks of stoppage, and a start-up in just a few minutes.

Among the consumables new inks are available: a high grip range for the most difficult substrates, an MEK-free rapid drying ink as well as a permanent ink. The stainless steel IP55 cabinet means it can also be installed in aggressive environments; the interface is user-friendly.
