Rotary monoblock

Entirely designed and built by Omas Tecnosistemi, the new GRFC-6 model rotary monoblock is equipped with 6 dosing syringes and 6 pressure cap closure heads.

The dosing syringes are equipped with automatic CIP washing, activated via a direct access to the control panel, guaranteeing savings in time with extremely short machine stops.
The flip-top cap is automatically dispensed through an electromagnetic vibratory feeder, equipped with a camera to scan for correct positioning, a pick & place system for the caps (in which a sensor controls correct insertion) and automatic expulsion of flacons with no cap. All electronic adjustments are made via brushless motors, and the machine is managed by a PLC with touch screen interface with autonomous diagnostics.

This monoblock complies with relevant European regulations, and the planning and building process is guaranteed by UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification. Also worth mention is the fact that the materials used to build the machine are of very high quality and accompanied by certificates of origin. Moreover, each mechanical component is marked with a serial number, guaranteeing supply chain control and traceability.
