Secure and green closures

Procap (plastic caps and closures systems) presented at Ipack-Ima its most recent and advanced solutions for the food and non-food industries, in addition to a sample of the tailored models that have helped differentiate the concern’s various global brands.

Two solutions in particular optimize the use of the raw materials, and consequently, the energy consumption needed to produce and handle the caps: 29/21 Green1P is a reliable one-piece closure system for food oils, vinegars and sauces, lightweight and with a competitive price. 29/21 Green2P is a two-piece closure with an original design that employs a drop shape pouring hole for preventing leakage throughout the supply chain.

Also in the spotlight two UN-compatible closures for agro-chemical product containers: the 63 Procurve, easy to open and close, offering a complete barrier with no IHS coating; 63 Proslit equipped with a new “flexible” anti-tampering strip which, with the help of a normal foam coating, creates a total chemical barrier.
