Green Material’s product offer includes cold water soluble films, mainly for “Eco Dose”, single doses for domestic uses in the detergency sector but also ideal for the cosmetics sector. All films have been developed for use at high speeds on vertical and horizontal flowpackers and heatforming lines, being suitable for producing caps and ecodoses and single dose packs for liquid and powder detergents.
They can also be easily heat- or ultrasonically sealed using the most common converting equipment. The blown films can be made in formats of 25-750 mm and with a thickness range of 20 to 80 microns. The cast films are available in thicknesses between 25 and 76 microns and with widths from 60 to 1,350 mm.
