The Tecmes proposal, on the basis of the experience that has allowed the company to win a name for itself as principal supplier to globalised companies (that buy tens of machines from the Vaiano Cremasco based company) the same as Italian SME enterprises. The main characteristics of the machine, that can be equipped with up to six stations according to needs, is the unequalled speed of over 12,000 cycles/h (200 a minute), enabled by its mechanical nature.

A nature that not only allows one to increase productivity exponentially, consequently reducing costs, but also ensures the max. accuracy of movements (the margin is  ±0,04 mm) and their constancy and repeatability in time: an indispensable performance for the precision assembly of products comprising two or three parts,  often small in size, such as dispensers, mini-valves, tops, joins…

Flexibility and simplicity. The other distinguishing feature of Tecmes’ machine is its great flexibility, that enables its use for all types of applications (both by packaging producers as well as by the user industry), inasmuch as with the same type of movement different types of product can be made. Despite its effectiveness and versatility, its conception and use are particularly simple, with many positive consequences: the use of a single electric motor and the absence of pneumatic components lower consumption, and consequently environmental impact); the intuitive and linear operativity make it absolutely user friendly, with considerable savings in running costs; maintenance is thus simplified.

Lastly, notes regarding service. As well as devising and making customised machines to specific applications, Tecmes stands out on the level of pre and post sales assistance. In particular, its technicians ensure the user the training required to use the machine to the best and to directly intervene, without costly stoppages, in the event of machine stops or malfunctions.
