Top range vertical packaging machines

The German packaging machines manufacturer Rovema GmbH (Italian branch at Novate Milanese) presented several important innovations at Interpack, among which their spearhead BVC series of vertical packaging machines.

Developed in three sizes for different formats (up to 180, 260 and 400 mm) and speeds (up to 240, 210 and 150 bags/min with a welding force of 6,000 or 8,000 Nm), they ensure high productivity, without reneging on superior quality sealing ensured by the “premiumseal” technology, nor on the sophisticated “sense&seal” control system which recognizes the product between the grippers.

Thanks to the innovative stainless steel structure, without sharp edges and depressions, cleaning operations can be carried out quickly and easily, thereby always ensuring the highest degree of line hygiene. Format change is toolless.
Besides Rovema’s P@ckControl, Rockwell controls can also be assembled. The valve unit is connected via I/O link, and all manometers can be clearly read through the cabinet inspection windows.
