Ultrasonic Cleaners and a special doctor blade

The benefits derived from the use of these products are considerable. Indeed, washing the rollers with automatic machines can generate, in the printing of solid colors, differences of sharpness due to the incomplete removal of color in some points of the cylinder. Enpurex however carries out a thorough cleaning of the cells. The particles of the detergent acting on the dirt with a frequency of 4 kHz and, through a mechanical rubbing from 4,000 movements per second; in this way  cracks are created in the dirt particles, allowing the solution to infiltrate and get to the base of the same, while, on the contrary, chemical agents only act on the surface. Furthermore Enpurex takes onl a maximum of 5-10 minutes to work, thus minimizing downtime.
Ulmex will also present a special DuroBlade® brand doctor blade, which has a particularly high quality rendering. Recommended for label, hardcover and tissue printers, is particularly suitable for systems where blade changes  downtime and maintenance costs need to be reduced and where the optimization of waste and production time is a must. Compared to a standard doctor blade or average performance, the lifecycle of the new blade is at least 12 times as long.
