VAL175: success in technology and on the market

Valmatic has developed (and presented at the latest interpack) a vertical thermoformer/filler with promising characteristics, destined for the production of single-dose laminated plastic containers.

Val175 - that’s its name - incorporates all the experience accrued by the Valmatic builder (San Prospero S/Secchia, MO) in the outsourcing market: quick format changeover from 1 ml to 300 ml, quick access, easy cleaning.

Offered for medium and large-size productions in the cosmetics, chemical, pharmaceutical and food sectors, the system is highly versatile. In fact, it can produce stand-up (flat bottom) single-dose containers using plastic films of varying thickness, or else peelable or aluminium-free ones.
The solution adopts mechanics paired with cutting-edge control electronics for operator interface and internal kinematic management. It is also equipped with a 10” touchscreen operator panel configured for remote control by the plant supervisor. All the most important motions of the Val175 are achieved mechanically and pneumatically, controlled by profinet modules, with cycles that can be adapted to specific product requirements.

At the fair: benchmarks passed. Having reached the objective of presenting the product globally, participation at interpack also consolidated the strategic vision of Valmatic, which during the days of the fair signed some attractive contracts.

Also presented at  Düsseldorf were the concern’s new single-dose formats, which join a wide offer of outsourced and custom service developed by Valmatic, as well as FFS machines for single-dose formats and suppositories.
