VarioFlow Plus with multi-vertebrate chain

Bosch Rexroth now offers the VarioFlow Plus conveyor system, in which an innovative multi-vertebrate chain makes all the difference. There are numerous advantages for users, starting from the easy configuration in limited spaces.

Conveyor lines for the modern packaging industry have to be able to manage increasingly frequent format changes, with ever smaller batches and a wide variety of product variations. Multi-vertebrate chain conveyor systems therefore need to be easy to configure and assemble.
The availability of standard components in a short time (aligned with the time-to-market) is a significant competitive advantage for the manufacturers and users of packaging lines.

To simplify the selection of the right module combination, Bosch Rexroth provides the planning software "MTpro with Layout Designer", that automatically generates the component list and the layout of conveyors and multi-conveyor systems, including even complex manual work stations designed for specific needs.

Assembly is made easier and more flexible too: thanks to the freedom to choose the motor assembly position, there are various possibilities depending on the specific needs of line space and maintenance.

With its quiet operation, this new conveyor system helps improve working conditions. Bosch Rexroth has reached this performance level thanks to fine-tuned slide characteristics and the use of new slide rails with side fixing. The overall result is less wear and a quicker, more reliable assembly system.

The multi-vertebrate chain designed for the Rexroth VarioFlow conveyor system is constructed with components that can be used everywhere, for all the system widths (including the new 120mm version). This reduces the end user's need to rely on spare parts.
The stability of the chain also guarantees a traction force up to 1,250 Newtons, and the almost-closed surface means that even the smallest items can be transported without risk.
The system is available in six sizes, and with two material options: aluminium or stainless steel, to meet the hygiene requisites of the food sector where Bosch Rexroth supplies FDA-compliant components.
To complete the technological range, Bosch Rexroth also has a pallet conveyor system designed for the technical specifications of sectors such as the automotive and electronic component ones.
