At Interpack 2017, Universal Pack presented the jewel of its portfolio: the all-new THETA range of vertical sachet producing machines, which guarantees high performance combined with unmatched precision in the production of sachets sealed on four sides. Thanks to 50 years of carefully studying the needs of its clients, Universal Pack
developed this innovative sealing system, which is based on protracted contact between sealable laminate and sealing jaws, thus increasing the speed of the production. The brand new THETA range specifically caters to the needs of pharmaceutical operators and, following up on the established Alfa and Gamma range, is ready to meet - and go beyond - even the highest productivity standards.
Each THETA range machine and automatic sachet line is specifically designed according to the characteristics of the pharmaceutical products being packaged - whether in powder form, granular, paste, liquid, tablets, pills, swabs or medicated patches - in each case guaranteeing precision, quality, efficiency and unmatched changeover flexibility.
All the filling systems are built with latest generation tech and equipped with a specific dosage system according to the product being packaged.
