What is it. A special packaging line with a customised labelling system which enables the application of innovative patented handle labels - Multipack Handle® - as the only packaging method to produce multipacks, completely eliminating any need for additional packaging, regardless of material and format.

Accessibility focus. The Multipack Handle® label revolutionizes usability by providing a convenient pick-up and transport method. It also facilitates the management of pack storage and the disposal of unnecessary waste.

Technology. The Multipack Handle® label with flip-up handle is made with adhesive coating management during production, which allows for “dry” grip of the handle itself, without any adhesive transfer when in contact with the hand; The label is also equipped with a transfer function on the product to create an anti-removable Tamper Evident effect, therefore once the label has been applied, it cannot be removed without leaving obvious signs of tampering.

Product and potential markets. The Multipack Handle® Labelling Machine with its special patented Multipack Handle® label is designed to hold packs of wet wipes, but can be used in any context related to the use of a handle, thus suitable for any multiple objects with a planar surface. The technical construction allows all multi-pack wipes to be held. In the case of particularly heavy packs (over 5 kg), a 3-sided C-shaped solution can easily be designed.

Design. The design of the Multipack Handle® Labelling Machine and the Multipack Handle® label has been carefully engineered to maximise usability, efficiency and sustainability of the packaging process. A key feature is the innovative handle label, which, thanks to its ergonomic design, provides a convenient method to pick up and transport the packs, eliminating the need for additional packaging. The special manufacturing process also allows planar applications (on one side of the multipack), without the need to stretch the label, thus avoiding C-shaped applications (on 3 sides), at least for multipacks up to 5 kg.

Sustainability. The Multipack Handle® Labelling Machine, by using labelling as a packaging method, allows the elimination of any additional packaging for multipack products. The impact is even more significant within the disposable hygiene products sector, in which plastic use is massive, guaranteeing not only considerable cost savings, but also a drastic environmental footprint reduction.
