With ctrlX FLOW, Bosch Rexroth presents at SPS Italia a range of products that offer easily integrable solutions to optimize flows of materials and goods and make them highly efficient.

Single point of access to all features.

Thanks to ctrlX IoT, the ctrlX FLOWHS linear handling system, an integral part of Bosch Rexroth’s ctrlX AUTOMATION toolkit, provides users access to all features, including interfaces for interoperability with other systems and communication and security standards. Using the ctrlX MOTION integrated software, it’s also possible to command from the simplest Cartesian robots to pick-and-place applications, to the use of high-speed machines with a large number of synchronized axes.

Fast and dynamic.

Another advantage of ctrlX FLOWHS is its high dynamism, which contributes to guaranteeing required performance levels in automated and digitalized factories. With an acceleration of up to 10 G and a speed of 5 m/s, the system allows for rapid movements, while the “U”-shaped design improves routing and minimises friction, thereby ensuring constant maximum speed, also in the curves.
