Food safety and pack sustainability

The packaging solutions proposed by Goglio are able to combine food safety and sustainability thanks to the use of mono-materials and high barrier formulations that extend the shelf-life of the packed product, also liquid ones. Goglio is, in fact, a leader in the industrial aseptic market dedicated to food and food service, with a wide range of solutions, formats and closures designed for all needs.

Recyclable and green formats. One of the most advanced solutions available today is aseptic packaging, also in large format, made with a polyethylene content greater than 95% and therefore recyclable in suitable disposal facilities. We are talking about the new green aseptic bag made of mono-PE multilayer and EVOH co-extruded laminate material, an industrial packaging which, like the entire Fres-co Aseptic System® range, guarantees the preservation of the organoleptic properties, tastes and nutritional values of products for a long period, without the need for refrigeration and without the addition of preservatives.

High barrier properties and extended shelf-life. One of the most innovative products is the multilayer laminate with FLEXI-AL aluminium in B2B (≥220l) and BIB (bag-in-box) formats, which stands out for its high barrier properties and for its ability to further extend the product’s shelf-life. In formats suitable for food service, on the other hand, the Pillow UP® packaging enriches the standard packaging line developed for liquid foods, particularly tomato pulp and concentrates and traditional and tropical fruit. Characterised by a particular eco-design that means it can be placed flat or put on a surface in an upright position, Pillow UP® is very versatile and has very reduced dimensions, enabling greater efficiency during the filling, heat treatment, storage and transport phases.

Constant monitoring with MIND. Goglio offers customers a real system, which besides packaging and packaging lines, offers the advanced customised services of the MIND real time monitoring system. Goglio MIND advanced services include customised solutions for all needs, optimising the maintenance of the packaging lines and making processes increasingly traceable.
