Etipack: flexibility for cosmetics and the hospitality industry
A flexible and precise solution for attention to detail in refill bottles
Precise labelling is fundamental in the hospitality industry and cosmetics, in which details convey care and professionalism. Etipack has developed a customised system for refill bottles for hotels, satisfying the requirements of a Greek cosmetics manufacturing company.
Labels that adapt perfectly to different shapes
The project involves the labelling of cylindrical and rectangular bottles of various sizes with absolute precision, respecting the shape characteristics of the products. The necessary overhang for the dispensing supports has to be oriented in a particular way for application of the labels.
Modularity for an optimal result
Etipack has designed a modular system composed of labelling machines which, thanks to pre-set recipes, are able to manage up to five different formats. The system can apply a label on the back of rectangular products, while it’s possible to apply one or two labels on cylindrical bottles. The system integrates a device for automatic centring, guaranteeing maximum precision, regardless of the shapes.
The result is a flexible and precise solution that guarantees aesthetic quality and efficiency and ensures that labels are applied accurately, enhancing cosmetic products and the guest’s experience.
