Cosmopack Asia AWE, Hall 9 Booth 9-B20 -  In the name of creativity, research and experimentation, Valmatic returns to Cosmopack Asia 2019 where it exhibits the latest generation Form-Fill-Seal V75, an innovative solution for single-dose packaging of a wide range of liquids and creams.

Extremely versatile, V75 operates at a speed of 30 cycles/min, packing liquids in vials of 0.5 to 150 ml and working both materials laminated with aluminium and a wide range of barrier plastic compounds. It is also capable of processing very thick material, from 150 to 500 microns, guaranteeing cutting and packaging processes at the highest levels.

With a 75 mm stroke, several in-line controls and extreme ease of use, the system represents an advantage for customers in the cosmetics sector, but also in the pharmaceutical, food and veterinary sectors.

And it is thanks to the application flexibility and advanced mechanical technology that V75 packs many and different high-end products in vials (home care detergents, vitamins, food supplements, medical devices, medical surgical aids, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sauces, cosmetic creams, body care products, etc.).

An absolute exclusivity in the sector, it can mount the Valmatic Thermoprinter V100 in-line printing unit on request. Simultaneous to  the packaging operations, the unit prints the exact amount of useful material, optimizing and eliminating waste.

Thanks to the optimized dimensions, the V75 can be easily positioned in any pre-existing production layout, helping to reduce investment costs. Furthermore, although the operations of the V75 are managed automatically by dedicated software, Valmatic has equipped the machine with a simple and intuitive operator-machine interface, so as to make the most of the extreme productive power. The automatic functions include the level control system with automatic rejection of non-compliant products. Lastly, through the online real-time assistance service, any request for assistance can be managed remotely by Valmatic technicians (you only need to connect the machine to the company LAN network).
