New cable gland with hygienic design

The new icotek KEL-DPZ 16 fairlead strip, now available on the market, is compatible with 16-pin connector openings, a size that allows easy and quick passage of cables, which can be inserted and sealed in a small space up to a maximum number of 34 (with a diameter from 1.5 to 16.2 mm).

The free cables are placed quickly and safely in electrical panels and housings, with degrees of protection up to IP66 (certified according to DIN EN 60529: 2000-09). Certifications such as ECOLAB, EN 45545-2 HL3, EN45545-3 E45 / EI30, DNV-GL, and further are also guaranteed.

The perforated and no longer needed closures are closed with the ST-B caps.
The cables inserted are sealed and automatically locked. Designed according to the principles of hygienic design, KEL-DPZ 16 has no niches where dirt can accumulate. The strip consists of two components: an elastomer plate and an integrated polyamide core, free of halogens and silicones, like all the pieces in the series.
