BETEL Δ4-EVO

A globally recognized manufacturer specializing in the production of bottle unscramblers, orientators, puck inserters, filling lines, cappers, depuckers, Ronchi Mario SpA has recently developed BETEL Δ 4-EVO, a robotic bottle unscrambler without format change.

In practice, this is the first robotized bottle regulation system, suitable for any type of plastic container, of any shape and size.
The system features are as follows:
- quick and automatic format changeover, without the need for specific equipment;
- modular machine with 2, 3, 4 robots;
- device for the orientation of asymmetrical bottles;
- bottle transport system with magnetic drive carts;
- automatic bottle emptying system during format change;
- vision system with camera for bottle recognition.
