Vertimag automatic warehouse

Ferretto Group launches a renewed version of Vertimag, the automatic vertical warehouse that responds even more effectively to the logistical needs of companies in the most diverse sectors.

These are the advantages of the new plant, in terms of efficiency and productivity: optimization of space (with a reduction of 1/10 of the surface occupied compared to a traditional warehouse), an ergonomic and flexible warehouse, the added versatility offered by the range of 120 drawer combinations, simple management made possible by the software designed by Ferretto Group, process automation, product and operator safety, anti-seismic design.

Ideal for managing material of any size, weight and format, the structure makes maximum use of the space in height and, thanks to the Ergo-Tech system, guarantees a double bay flow, enabling fully ergonomic operator work conditions.

Available in versions from 3 to 12 meters in height, the plant has a maximum capacity of 70,000 kg and can store materials up to 695 mm high.

The internally designed management software has a userfriendly, customizable display, thanks to which the status of all the machines can be checked and the drawer compartments dynamically managed, so as to monitor warehouse levels and the position of the items in the tray.
