... we’re at Cibus Tec - Food Pack 2014, the international show dedicated to food processing and packaging.

Nine industries are represented: fruit and vegetables; milk and dairy; meat and fish; ready meals; fourth, fifth and sixth range; baked goods and cereals; confectionery; frozen foods; food liquids; food semi-liquids.

Exhibits with all technologies: processing, packaging, coding, marking, labeling, end of line, handling, storage, traceability, logistics, environmental technologies and food safety solutions.
However, Cibus Tec - Food Pack is more than that.

At Hall 5 of Fiere di Parma, two fully functioning production lines will in fact be on show. The products chosen have a high service content (readymade soups and ready to serve cold cuts). Cibus Tec Industry (this the name of the project in its third edition - involves a pool of exhibiting companies and enables showing refined and integrated technology solutions developed by Italy’s qualified and innovative food industry.
With this initiative, Cibus Tec - Food Pack confirms its new role: no longer a static fair, but a veritable work space in which professionalism and process solutions find perfect synthesis, to the benefit of the global food processing industry.
