Fourth successful edition of the SPS IPC Drives Italy, the annual engagement with the world of automation organized last May 20th to 22th in Parma, Italy by Messe Frankfurt: 21,128 visitors (+17%), 584 exhibitors (+13 %), 48,000 square meters (+20%).

Not only the figures but also the quality of the visitors give the measure of the success of the event. Particularly high, in fact, the participation of OEMs, major automation users. Confirmed too the growth in the presence of end users, motivated by the Food&Beverage and Pharma&Beauty round tables organized with the support of many organizations that shared their experiences and expectations towards the strengthening and modernization of production processes in view of “Industria 4.0”.
It is with these assumptions that, under the sign of innovation, work is already underway for the next edition, as ever to be held at Parma, 12th to 14th May 2015, and for which Messe Frankfurt is contemplating a third and new special feature to be tackled in a round table discussion dedicated to end users.will feature live demos of machines and processes, aboveall for automation and logistics. Also to be proposed the “Digital Factory - beyond automation” undertaking: an area of ​​over 2,000 square meters featuring processes of an actual factory with functioning, interconnected demonstration units.
