Versatile labeling for syringes

For applying self-adhesive labels on various pharmaceutical syringe formats, Labelpack has created MASTER WR.

The highly flexible solution has two parallel transport modules, with jig rollers for positioning the products. The operator can decide which conveyor module to work on by pulling a micrometric adjustment switch with digital position indicator.
The labeling unit, comprising a LABELX 140 ES module, is equipped with a thermal transfer printer unit for encoding the variable data and a product rotation device to enable an all-round label wrap.
A camera vision system controls the printed data and label compliance, the presence of which is verified in outfeed from the application station. Any non-compliant products are automatically ejected from the system.
