Electronic counter for capsules and tablets

At Ipack-Ima Capmatic proposed the three models SF-50, SF-100 and SF-200 of the  Countlab Street Fighter™ electronic counter for capsules, tablets and soft-gel etc..

These machines are built to operate at speeds varying between 20 and 250 bpm (a SF-100 can count over 1 million tablets per hour), with a very high level of control and precision.

The Street Fighter™ series has a compact modular design that meets the most stringent quality requirements (beyond GMP) and is designed for integration in automatic lines. Its main features are its electronic meters, its complete Euro-Guard frame, a new vision and a totally unique exhaust system, that eliminates dust particles, ensuring greater productivity and shorter downtime for cleaning. A particularly effective and “friendly” software facilitates machine management.
The Street Fighters™ can serve containers of varying shapes and sizes, with minimum format change and with storing of the formulas.
