Pressed carton corners
Designed to protect the edges of rolls, paper towels and round or oval-shaped objects, including irregular ones, the pressed carton corners produced by Laim of Santa Maria a Monte (PI) can be neutral or tailored, studded or smooth, and represent the core business of the Tuscan company.
Completely recyclable, these carton corners have been developed following market research which brought to light the tendency to use supplemental packaging derived from sustainable materials, in alternative to other types of corner products with mixed materials, which are difficult to dispose of and carry a high environmental impact.
Invaluable, in this sense, has been the contribution of ENEA of Pisa, Laim’s partner in researching new materials destined for innovative packaging solutions, as well as in the continual improvement of its quality standards. The Tuscan company’s offer is wide and allows for custom options, both at the level of structure (thicknesses, heights, etc.) and of presentation with color printing on white or havana background for best visual impact.
The concern’s catalog also includes separators and medium wave corrugated cardboard (canneté) for packaging, destined for protecting mechanical components, precision components, glass, etc., or can be used in places where varnishing, whitening, restoration and similar projects are necessary.
