Optimizing printing To avoid resorting to external printers or the problems of managing warehoused stock, Nimax proposes the SpeedStar inkjet printer, that can print small quantities of labels complete with variable data and up to a maximum width of 210 mm, in the desired format (both rectangular and shaped) with die-cutting. The system runs at speeds of up to 10,000 labels/h.
To optimize time and costs an output of 800x1600 dpi (at 308 mm/s) or 1600x1600 dpi (up to 154 mm/s) can also be selected. SpeedStar can work online or import files from the USB port and create labels on-board computer via the integrated touchscreen with optional Nice Label software.
