Mondelēz donates $15 million to emergency relief efforts

Mondelēz International (Illinois), by way of Mondelēz International Foundation, has announced that it will donate $15 million in financial and in-kind support to community partners advancing critical food stability and emergency relief efforts across the world.

As for employees, in addition to protection protocols and smart working incentives, the confectionery giant has introduced bonuses for 10,000 frontline workers and up to two additional weeks’ leave, paid in full by the company, for all employees in the United States.

To meet increased demand Mondelēz also is in the process of hiring a further 1,000 employees.
